The Eyes to See Grace, Excerpt Chapter 3: Over the Blade
Her eyes close briefly then the rhythm of her chopping continued. He slowly pulled down the zipper of her hooded sweatshirt, grazing his lips across her ear as his hand slide into the jacket, the other down the flat of her stomach. Her breath caught and the chopping stopped, her lips grazed his jaw and soft sounds rose from her. He braced his arm over hers, gently squeezing the hand still clutching the chopping knife, her fingers fanned, spreading wide over the blade and she lets go.
